Raymond James chief operations officer to retire from board
Raymond James Financial Chief Operations Officer Dennis Zank will retire as an officer of the company on Sept. 30.
However, he will continue his four-decade affiliation with the firm as a financial adviser in a local branch after the transition,
“Dennis possesses a wealth of institutional knowledge and industry expertise, and his leadership will not be easily replaced,” CEO Paul Reilly said. “In addition to overseeing our largest businesses during an extended period of growth and success, along with many of our key support functions, Dennis has done a great job cultivating and developing a strong management team, which will ensure a smooth transition.”
Zank also serves as CEO of Raymond James & Associates and directs the Private Client Group. He was named president of RJA in 2002 after serving a successful tenure as executive vice president.
