Northern Trust Wealth Management has appointed Fred Weinman as the company’s managing director of the Bonita Springs, Florida office.

In his new position, Weinman will report directly to West Florida region President Charlie Mueller. He will work alongside professional advisers and partners to produce financial solutions for clients.

“Fred brings extensive wealth management experience, proven leadership skills and a keen understanding of Northern Trust’s commitment to delivering superior client service,” Mueller said.

Since 1999, Weinman has worked for Northern Trust Wealth Management as a banking adviser. Within the office, he managed the private banking group with responsibilities including client service, new business development and brand awareness.

Weinman graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in monetary and fiscal economics and from Western Carolina University with a master's of business administration. He serves on the boards of directors for the Café of Life, Meals on Wheels of Bonita Springs, The Collier County 100 Club, and the Center for the Arts of Bonita Springs.
