UBS Wealth Management extends client connections through new digital service
UBS Wealth Management USA recently unveiled its first-ever digital service to all clients of the UBS Wealth Advice Center.
Through the UBS Advice Advantage platform, offerings such as goal-tracking features, portfolio diagnostics, and an investment advisory product called the UBS Advice Portfolio Program have been made available.
According to the company’s head of digital strategy and platforms Rich Steinmeier said the service will enhance the relationship between UBS advisers and their clients.
"For us, embracing the right type of technologies, while deepening our relationships with emerging affluent clients was key to creating the UBS Advice Advantage platform,” Steinmeier said.
The new platform was designed by SigFig, a San Francisco-based wealth management technology company.
“Working alongside specialists from UBS allowed us to integrate the capabilities of SigFig’s digital wealth management platform into UBS’s well-regarded wealth management offering, further enabling them to meet the needs of their clients,” SigFig CEO Mike Sha said.
Moving forward, both SigFig and UBS are looking to collaborate with financial advisers to come up with newer ideas.
