When the Great Place to Work For All summit convened March 7-9 in San Francisco, Baird Global Investment Banking Chief Operations Officer Rodney Jones-Tyson presented a seminar on enhancing career enjoyment for the benefit of attendees.

“Get A Life: Innovative People Practices to Make Demanding Careers Rewarding” focused on Baird’s ability to improve employee engagement and retention in the field of investment banking, which tends to be rigorous. Jones-Tyson included the audience in his March 9 presentation with a question and answer session, bringing multiple fields into the discussion.

The conference event spotlighted recent leadership, technology and partnership developments. The Great Places to Work For All summit provides a yearly event for businesses to learn more about facilitating performance outcomes. It hosts a forum to mark the accomplishments of leaders at America’s greatest companies.

This year 15th annual summit was co-chaired by Accenture CEO Julie Sweet, PWC’s Tim Ryan and Workday’s CEO Aneel Bhusri.

Great Place to Work stated that it “is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures” on its website.
