When the Great Place to Work For All summit convened March 7-9 in San Francisco, Baird Global Investment Banking Chief Operations Officer Rodney Jones-Tyson presented a seminar on enhancing career enjoyment for the benefit of attendees.
“Get A Life: Innovative People Practices to Make Demanding Careers Rewarding” focused on Baird’s ability to improve employee engagement and retention in the field of investment banking, which tends to be rigorous. Jones-Tyson included the audience in his March 9 presentation with a question and answer session, bringing multiple fields into the discussion.

The Great Places to Work For All summit provides a yearly event for businesses to learn more about facilitating performance outcomes. It hosts a forum to mark the accomplishments of leaders at America’s greatest companies.
This year 15th annual summit was co-chaired by Accenture CEO Julie Sweet, PWC’s Tim Ryan and Workday’s CEO Aneel Bhusri.
