Baird's chief HR officer earns women's leadership award
Leslie Dixon, chief human resources officer at financial services firm Baird, was recently presented with a leadership award by Great Place to Work.
Dixon was one of 77 women leaders honored from companies on the Fortune 100’s list of Best Companies to Work For and Best Workplaces for Women.

The award recognizes women who have helped their organization grow and create an work environment that makes it a great place to work.
