Cornerstone Bank in Watford City, which is owned by Cornerstone Holding Co., recently promoted three employees.

Jeff Gronos has been promoted to senior vice president. He began at Lakeside State Bank/Lakeside Insurance Agency in 1986, where he eventually became an assistant vice president. He has also worked as a credit analyst and vice president/business banker at the McKenzie County Bank.

Stacey Arndt has been promoted to retail manager. She started off as a customer service representative at Cornerstone in 2007. In 2014, she was promoted to head customer service representative.

Chelby Frazier has been promoted to head customer service representative. She joined Cornerstone Bank as a customer service representative in 2015. She took on the role of operations specialist one year ago.
