Nationwide recognized on ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list
Forbes recently released its “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, which includes insurance and financial services firm Nationwide.
The recognition marks Nationwide’s fourth consecutive year on the list and follows other awards the company has obtained in the past year, including Gallup’s “Great Workplace Award” and a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.
Forbes’ annual list honors companies that show high performance while developing an exemplary corporate culture.
“This honor is a result of our strong values and talented associates who are dedicated to serving our members and partners,” Nationwide CEO Steve Rasmussen said.
Fortune partnered with Great Place to Work to survey more than 310,000 employees at eligible organizations with more than 1,000 personnel. Great Place to Work then applied a data-driven methodology on the anonymous survey responses to determine the awardees.
