Webster Financial Corp. will host its annual shareholders meeting on Thursday, April 26.

The holding company will hold the meeting at the New Britain Museum of American Art in New Britain, Connecticut.

Webster set Feb. 26 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at the annual meeting.

Webster is the holding company for Webster Bank and its subsidiary, HSA Bank.
