Jennifer Trzepacz, former executive vice president at advertising technology company Rocket Fuel, recently joined Wildcat Venture Partners as chief people officer and operating partner.

Trzepacz will be responsible for talent management and people strategies in her new role.

She will also serve as executive director of Wildcat’s Traction Gap Institute, which supports the growth of start-up companies.

At Rocket Fuel, Trzepacz was in charge of global human resources, legal, facilities, information technology, business operations and internal communications. She has held HR roles for more than 20 years at companies such as LivingSocial, Salesforce, Electronic Arts, Yahoo! and CNET Networks.

Wildcat Venture Partners is a San Mateo, California-based venture capital firm that invests in technology start-ups.
