Lo joins Wilmington Trust as chief wealth strategist
Wilmington Trust has appointed Alvina Lo as chief wealth strategist.
She will be in charge of wealth planning, strategic advice, and thought leadership services for Wilmington Trust’s Wealth Advisory division. She will also manage a national team of strategists, financial planners and thought leaders who advise high-net worth individuals and families, business owners, entrepreneurs, foundations and endowments.
Lo joins Wilmington Trust with over a decade of financial services experience. This includes being the director and senior wealth planner for Citi Private Bank, a director at Credit Suisse, and practicing law at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, LLP in the Trust & Estates Group.
Lo holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a Professional Tax Certificate in Estate Planning from New York University School of Law, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also been published regarding estate planning matters and has lectured at the American Bar Association, New York City Bar and the Barron’s Top Women Advisors Summit.
