First Republic Bank sets date of record for shareholders vote
First Republic Bank will identify shareholders entitled to vote at its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, March 16.
The wealth management company will hold the annual meeting at 9:30 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 15 at the New York Yacht Club in New York City, New York.
The San Francisco-headquartered firm offers private banking, private business banking and private wealth management services.
