Gradifi offers student loan repayment options to network of 336 employers

by Carrie Bradon | Feb 3, 2018

To benefit its borrowers, Gradifi will be collaborating with 336 employers across the nation to offer student loan repayment options.

Gradifi is a leading provider of student loan repayment and college savings programs for U.S. employers. Their clients in this challenge include Noble Consulting Services, Adishian Capital, Ascendance Partners, Rabbit Hole Distilling, Adams Law Office, LLC, Virginia Law Foundation, Rocket Industrial, Hillcrest Educational Centers, Cobb Pediatric, and Hillcrest Dental Care.

The company's SLP Plan benefit will let employers make contributions directly to pay down their employees' debts. Employers will be able to extend the benefit to parents who have had to borrow in order to pay for the education of their children.

"More employers began offering Gradifi's popular student loan repayment program in January because it is an effective way to attract and retain employees, particularly in a tight labor market," Meera Oliva, chief marketing officer of Gradifi, said in a press release.

Gradifi's research has shown that 90 percent of participants with student loan debt feel that a student loan repayment benefit would have a positive influence on their decision to accept a job offer or to stay with their employer.
