A class-action lawsuit has been launched in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, on behalf of purchasers of INC Research Holdings Inc., according to the law firm Brower, Piven.
The securities in question are those ranging from May 10 to Nov. 9, 2017, according to a press release.
Investors interested in becoming a part of the litigation should seek out involvement before Jan. 30 to be added to the list of plaintiffs.
Plaintiffs will be sorted until a lead plaintiff, who can speak on behalf of the other plaintiffs, is selected. The lead plaintiff should be one of the applicants who is claiming the greatest loss from INC's faults in the dates aforementioned.
The complaint stated the defendants were in violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by failing to disclose important details such as the Class Period in which there was material weakness in the defendant's internal control.
INC clients who have lost more than $100,000 from investment on or after May 10, 2017 who are interested in learning more can apply for plaintiff classification by emailing hoffman@browerpiven.com.
