The North Dakota Industrial Commission has appointed three individuals to the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency's citizen advisory board.

The changes saw Kevin Hanson and Larry Nygard appointed to three-year terms and Joan Mainwaring named to a two-year term.

Hanson is chief operations officer and director of lending at Gate City Bank. Nygard is vice president of Roers Cos., while Mainwaring is residential real estate department manager at American State Bank and Trust Co.

Additionally, three board members were reappointed: Lisa Rotvold to a two-year term, and Jim Farnsworth and Ninetta Wandler to one-year terms.

Wandler was also appointed as chair and Rotvold was made vice chair for one-year terms.
